Ottawa First Aid offers a number of different CPR and AED levels. Essentially the most fundamental class offered from St Mark James is cardiopulmonary resuscitation level “A”. This CPR course requires roughly 3 hrs to pass and teaches participants basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation techniques for saving adult subjects. Nearly all candidates pass this class with no difficulty and promptly obtain a workplace approved cardiopulmonary resuscitation certificate. This specific award meets federal and provincial standards for CPR qualification for school or employment requirements. Class Descriptions
The time-span of a cardiopulmonary resuscitation “A” course is three to 5 hrs as mandated through the workplace approved of Canada. The price of the CPR course is 45 dollars.
Training Course Content
Individuals will be taught cardiopulmonary resuscitation techniques for adult patients. Students will learn legal issues regarding CPR and how to apply an automatic external defibrillator. This course features minimal training in cardiovascular system emergencies.
Certification
Over 99 Percent of our students complete the class with no difficulties. Candidates which do complete the class will instantly be given a St Mark James cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) level “A” award that’s good for 36 months.
